Purchased this item in vancouver from honey gifts. Even when it did work it was not very strong. First one stopped vibrating after 1 use.. replacement also broke after 1 short use. Got super hot and a burnt smell when I took the battery out. I used correct batteries and only for stimulation outside the body. Maybe just bad luck but feel refund should be offered yet.. the store has ignored my email so far.. Dont want another replacement of this for a third time.. which is all they offer. Asked for refund or credit towards something that actually works. No answer the second time. Feel ripped off as other vibes I've had from FunFact lasted years. Also the silicone is not seamless at the cap and you can't clean underneath it. I do not recommend honey gifts or this product. As for bswish company.. can't speak for the other items but this one was $50 down the drain.. unless i want to keep returning until I get one that actually works but I'd rather loose the money than have to go back in person to force another awkward response that doesn't even meet me halfway or offer options outside of being given another poorly made product and creating more waste. Better off buying a disposable toothbrush...more power than this thing and won't die after 1 use.
