Faulty and disappointing

The first battery gets stuck in the narrow part of the gadget. Not sure l will be able to get it out. I bought two seeing they were on special. One of them, the first speed was very weak and feeble, completely different from the first speed on the other one. I preferred the previous version of the model. Piece of junk.
